Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to your access to and use of all technology, services, and other offerings provided by READYLOOP INC or its affiliates (collectively, the "Services"), including Auriga. Overview

This Policy governs your use of all Services provided by READYLOOP INC ("ReadyLoop," "we," "us," "our"), including Auriga, our AI-powered Google Workspace assistant. This Policy supplements our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this Policy and an express written agreement between you and ReadyLoop, the terms of the written agreement will control.

Your violation of this Policy may result in action against your account, including suspension or termination of access to the Services, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The Services are not intended for high-risk uses that could result in death, serious bodily injury, or catastrophic damage, including through warfare, the operation of critical infrastructure, or the provision of emergency services.

Use Restrictions

You may not access or use the Services:

  • In a manner that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law, statute, regulation, or ordinance
  • In a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or rights of publicity
  • To generate or distribute spam, phishing attempts, or other unsolicited communications
  • To engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior for the purpose of manipulating public debate or discourse
  • To create or distribute highly deceptive manipulated or synthetic media that is fabricated or false but presented as authentic, including deepfakes
  • To engage in plagiarism or academic dishonesty
  • For any purpose relating to child sexual exploitation or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
  • To develop, advertise, market, distribute, or sell weapons, weapon accessories, or explosives
  • To generate, target, or distribute political campaign materials for external public or semi-public audiences
  • To harvest or collect information about other users of the Services without their consent
  • To systematically download, scrape, or store content, data, or outputs from the Services beyond normal use
  • For activity that is threatening, harassing, degrading, abusive, hateful, intimidating, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise fails to respect the rights and dignity of others

High-Risk Prohibitions

You may not use the Services in connection with any of the following high-risk activities:

  • Operation or control of critical infrastructure, including power grids, water treatment systems, transportation networks, or telecommunications systems
  • Military or warfare applications, including autonomous weapons systems, targeting systems, or intelligence surveillance
  • Emergency response or dispatch systems where the Services serve as the primary decision-making mechanism
  • Medical diagnosis, treatment planning, or the provision of individualized medical advice to consumers or end users
  • Generating professional advice (including financial, legal, or tax advice) that would ordinarily require a licensed professional, except where the Services are used to support (not replace) a licensed professional who exercises independent judgment

Automated Decision-Making

You may not use the Services as part of an automated decision-making process that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals unless you ensure that:

  • A qualified human decision-maker reviews and makes the final determination
  • The human decision-maker accounts for factors beyond the Services' output in reaching their decision
  • Affected individuals are informed that automated processing was involved and are given the opportunity to contest the decision

You may not use the Services for automated decision-making in connection with payday lending, even when the final decision is made by a human being.

Biometric & Protected Characteristics

You may not use the Services to:

  • Predict an individual's protected characteristics, including racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership, age, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or health status
  • Create or analyze biometric identifiers, including facial geometry, fingerprints, or retinal scans, from images of individuals
  • Assess an individual's likelihood to engage in criminal activity

Content Restrictions

In connection with the Services, you must not post, transmit, or otherwise make available:

  • Any virus, worm, Trojan horse, spyware, or other code, file, or program that is potentially harmful, invasive, or intended to damage or hijack the operation of any hardware, software, or equipment
  • Content that is unlawful or promotes unlawful activities
  • Content that is threatening, harassing, violent, inflammatory, hateful, or discriminatory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
  • Content that is defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or otherwise tortious
  • Content that is obscene, indecent, offensive, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
  • Content protected by patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary right, without the express written consent of the applicable rights holder
  • Content that impersonates any person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization
  • Content that gives the impression it emanates from or is endorsed by ReadyLoop or any other entity, if that is not the case

AI-Specific Restrictions

When using Auriga or any other AI-powered features of the Services, you must not:

  • Represent that any output generated by the Services was human-created when it was not
  • Use output generated by the Services to develop, train, or improve AI models that compete with ReadyLoop
  • Attempt to extract, reconstruct, or reverse-engineer the underlying models, weights, training data, or algorithms of the Services
  • Use the Services to generate content designed to circumvent safety measures, content filters, or usage policies of any AI system (including ours)
  • Deliberately provide inputs designed to produce harmful, misleading, or policy-violating outputs
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on them. ReadyLoop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output produced by the Services.

Intellectual Property & Reverse Engineering

You may not:

  • Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, sell, rent, lease, loan, distribute, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Services without ReadyLoop's express prior written consent
  • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice from the Services
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Services, or incorporate any portion of the Services into any product or service, without ReadyLoop's express prior written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or the servers or networks used to make the Services available, including by hacking or defacing any portion of the Services
  • Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Services, including disabling or circumventing any technological measures intended to prevent or limit access

Enforcement & Consequences

ReadyLoop reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to take any action it deems appropriate in response to a violation of this Policy, including:

  • Issuing a warning to the offending user
  • Temporarily suspending access to the Services
  • Permanently terminating your account and access to the Services
  • Removing or disabling access to any content that violates this Policy
  • Reporting the violation to law enforcement or other relevant authorities
  • Pursuing any available legal remedies

ReadyLoop's decision not to enforce this Policy in every instance does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in any other instance. We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Policy Updates

ReadyLoop may change, modify, or supplement this Policy at any time by amending this page. Such changes will be effective upon posting. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page to reflect the date of the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Services after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
